The same items we keep on the shelf, at our shelf prices. Your order keeps a running total as you go.
Sold by weight? Meat, deli and items priced per lb or per 100 g show an estimate and are left out of the total, because we weigh them when you pick up.

The account is free. When you send your order you pay for it by card on Clover’s secure payment page, with HST where it applies. Meat and anything sold by weight is weighed and paid at the till when you pick up. If your order repeats, you pay for each pickup from your account, or at the till. VIP card orders are paid from your card.
Meat, deli and anything else sold by the pound or 100 g is cut and weighed for you, so the exact price is only known at the till. Your order shows an estimate for those items so you have an idea.
Once an order is placed it’s locked online, because we start bringing in what’s on it. Call us and we’ll change it or pause it for you. You can stop it yourself in your account with 72 hours’ notice; inside 72 hours, the next pickup goes ahead and the order ends after it.
We need 72 hours to pack a new order. Order before 3 PM and it can be ready three days later from 3 PM (order Monday morning, pick up Thursday after 3). Order after 3 PM and the earliest is four days later.
Once, every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. A schedule repeats on the same weekday as your first pickup.
A prepaid Rooted Foodery gift card with a bonus on it: pay $500 and get $525 on your card, pay $1,000 and get $1,075, or pay $1,500 and get $1,650. Add it to your account, order from it, and see your balance online. VIP orders can be delivered in Simcoe County for $10 an order (our delivery company sends you a notification when it’s on the way), and VIP card holders get 10% off all our catering.

We’ll swap it for the closest thing or leave it out, and add a note to your order. Call us if you’d rather we checked first.
